This is how a rental works from the first message to the return, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Step by step
- Book. Use the booking form, or call or WhatsApp us with the vehicle and your dates.
- Pick up at Maligaon, from 7 AM. We're about 2 km from Kamakhya station, 7 km from the railway station and 12 km from the airport. On request we can hand the vehicle over at the airport for an extra fee.
- Need it early in the morning? Pick it up the night before at no extra cost. Your rental still starts the next day.
- Check the vehicle with our staff. Have any scratch, dent or missing part written on your agreement before you leave, and take it only when you're satisfied with its condition.
- Full tank at handover. We collect a deposit covering that tank of fuel. We don't take a security deposit on the vehicle.
- Return by the agreed date and time on your agreement.
- The return check. We look the vehicle over. New damage that wasn't noted at pickup is charged to you at return, and if none is found, we won't come back to you about damage later.
If you're running late
Late returns are charged for every hour or part of an hour: ₹90 an hour for bikes and scooties. Tell us before the agreed time and you get a 1-hour grace period. Want to keep the vehicle longer? See how to extend a rental.
Distance and fuel
300 km a day, counted over the whole trip. Beyond it, extra distance is billed at ₹3 a km for bikes and scooties. More in how a one-day rental works.
Fines and helmets
Traffic fines from your rental period are yours to pay, including any that reach us after the return. A helmet is included with every bike and scooty, and loss of or damage to helmets and keys is charged.

Bring your licence: see the documents you need. Prices are on the price list, and a week or a month is on the weekly and monthly page.
