Rental Terms

Good to know before you book — final terms are confirmed with our team before pickup

Driving License
No age limit — you just need to hold a valid driving license (original + photocopy) for the vehicle category booked.
Distance
Fair-use limit of 300 km/day. Extra distance billed at ₹8/km for cars and ₹3/km for bikes/scooters.
Fuel & Deposit
The vehicle is handed over with a full tank. We don't take a security deposit on the vehicle — instead, we collect a deposit covering the cost of that full tank of fuel, which is settled when the vehicle is returned.
Pickup & Drop
Pickup and drop available only at our Guwahati location.
What Counts as 1 Rental Day
A rental day is calendar-based: a morning pickup (after 7 AM) runs until drop-off before 11 PM the same day. An evening pickup (after 8 PM) includes that night plus the full next day, running until drop-off before 11 PM the next day.
